I highly recommend this company for all your portable Johns. I called for my elderly parents who were having septic issues and they had one delivered to their house in 30 minutes. They were so eager to help and so friendly and understanding of the urgency. One of the owners called me the next day to check to see if there were any issues. You don’t find that kind of service much anymore. I really appreciate how they treated our situation.

We experienced a total drain failure at our Springfield, VA home this summer and spent 6 horrible weeks with no toilets, showers, laundry, dish washer. The same day we called GI Johns for help, co-owner Peter Ford delivered a portapotty on our driveway, to our great relief! With all we had to manage related to our plumbing disaster, Peter completely solved one problem, very professionally and friendly and timely, and allowed us to de-stress a bit. Also impressive was the cleanliness of the unit and the promptness of the periodic servicing. Can't thank Peter and his team enough. 5 STARS!!! Icing on the cake is that home insurer USAA reimbursed 100% of the GI Johns invoice!

Wow!!!
To say that I'm impressed by everything this company does is an understatement. I met a bunch of the staff at the Army-Navy Game Tailgate for the Travis Manion Foundation. They were courteous, polite, and were meticulous in their set-up and from what I can tell, their breakdown.
This is a veteran owned company that selflessly gives back and they are my #1 choice from here on out.
